Studio 1 Automazioni industriali features an internal department dedicated to the design and construction of electrical systems and control panels with a Team of software engineers, electricians and designers. We also have an R&D department dedicated to the development of PC/PLC – HMI software on industrial automation machines as well as the programming of anthropomorphic robots, Scara robots, Cobots.
Our software is created ad hoc and customized for each individual machine/system based on the important know-how acquired through the creation of multiple special systems and the specific needs expressed by the customer.
We offer a complete suite of software solutions for industry 4.0 and 5.0 that are technologically advanced and can be integrated with any ERP system, in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes keeping in mind the experience of the past and keeping an eye to the future such as the utilization of AI .
Once the pre-testing phases of each single machine/system which takes place directly in our premises have been completed, our team of highly specialized programmers works directly at customer’s site for the start up/commissioning phases. During this phase, training is also carried out for the customer’s operators to make them totally autonomous in running the system.
Assistance is guaranteed through on-site interventions or teleassistance.
